Teens Rob Wheelchair Man on Tape

Miami-Dade authorities are looking for two teens who chased down a man in a motorized wheelchair, beat him like he stole something and then robbed him. They took everything except the wheelchair. The entire act was caught on tape. Police say the teens, thought to be 17, got away with the man's wallet and a necklace.
