Man trashes Orlando hotel room after prank call

( WOW THIS IS A GOOD ONE, PEOPLE ARE JUST DUMB )
A man trashed his hotel room near Orlando International Airport this week after he got a call from someone posing as a front-desk clerk who told him to smash his windows because of a gas leak.
There was no leak. And it wasn't a hotel employee who called.
A prankster tricked the guest into breaking a mirror and throwing a mattresses out the window, causing more than $5,000 in damages Monday at the Hilton Garden Inn on Augusta National Drive, according to a report from the Orlando Police Department said.
The male caller said there was a gas leak in the hallway, and the guest had to break the bathroom mirror to get the gas masks behind it.
He told the guest there was a man in the room next door that authorities could not get to and to use a lamp to try to break through the wall.
The guest was also told to throw the mattresses through the window and jump to safety.
fter the guest had thrown the mattresses out the window and used a toilet seat to break the mirror, hotel manager Samir Patel went to the room after other guests complained about the noise.
Patel told the guest there was no gas leak, reports said.
While the two were talking, the caller called back. When Patel asked who was calling, he could hear several people laughing before they hung up.
